Level Up + Ninja Peas is an action-packed class designed for kids ages 4–8 who are ready to climb, jump, balance, tumble, and challenge themselves in new ways. This high-energy program blends ninja-style obstacle training with foundational gymnastics skills, giving students a well-rounded movement experience that builds strength, coordination, and confidence.

Classes take place in a structured, active learning environment where students rotate through engaging stations that combine parkour-inspired challenges and progressive gymnastics instruction. Kids leap off boxes and practice safe landings, swing across bars, balance along beams, and navigate obstacle courses designed to encourage creativity, problem-solving, and perseverance.

In addition to ninja obstacles, students begin developing stronger gymnastics fundamentals. They work on skills such as cartwheels, handstands, and straight-legged table positions, learning proper form and body control as they progress. Floor sequences may combine rolls, jumps, lunges, turns, and finishing poses, helping children build coordination and confidence while learning to move with intention.

As strength and balance improve, students explore more advanced challenges on apparatus. On the beam, they practice jumping to front support, holding a 3-second V-sit, and working toward lever positions. On bars, they build upper body strength through windows, L-hangs, flexed-arm hangs, pullovers, and introductory back hip circles.

Many activities are also paired with rhythm and counting exercises, helping children coordinate movements to beats and claps while improving timing, listening skills, and body awareness.

Throughout the class, students climb, swing, roll, balance, and explore creative ways to move through their environment. Each activity is designed to help children level up their strength, coordination, confidence, and resilience while having fun in a supportive and encouraging environment.
